CARMEN ANDRIANI (Scuola Politecnica - Genova)

Architect, Professor of Architecture and Urban Design at the DSA Department of Architecture of the University of Genoa, Guest critic at numerous Italian and foreign faculty, is a PhD member of the international architecture VDH and the Scientific Committee of the Foundation E. Torroja Madrid. She has lectured in Italy and abroad on his work as a designer and has been invited to numerous exhibitions of architecture (including the Milan Triennale, Biennale Venice, Mexico City, Montevideo, Toronto, Tokyo, Graz, Istanbul). His writings and projects have been published in catalogs and magazines of architecture. Since 2005 he founded and directed the series ' The Shapes of the Concrete' (AITEC). In 2008 she was Invited to the project of the Italian pavilion of XI Venice Biennale. Care among other things, the book "The Heritage and Living" (Donzelli Ed.) In 2013 he won the Lifetime Achievement Award for Architecture (Icastica_Art Events, Arezzo). She is currently working on a fifth book titled ‘Concrete Future, A Matter in the making’, Compositori Editors, Bologna, and she’s preparing a project for an exhibition on these topics for the Triennale of Milan. She lives and works in Italy, between Rome and Genoa and Milan.
